Andy Bayley founded Cornerstone Residential Services in Midland, Texas back in August of 2003. The company's services quickly gained popularity, leading to significant growth over the next three years. Officially transitioning to Cornerstone Design Group, Inc. (D.B.A. Cornerstone Design Group) in 2006, the company has since experienced a consistent annual rise in business activity. Specializing in commercial and residential design projects such as ground-up new constructions, expansions, and remodeling, Cornerstone Design Group continues to deliver high-quality work and exceptional service to its clients.

Cornerstone Design Group has amassed a great amount of design experience not only in the Midland and Odessa area, but also across the state of Texas, neighboring states, and even international locations. Cornerstone is also members of multiple design organizations such as the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Builders, and the Permian Basin Home Builders Association. Cornerstone Design Group stands as a distinguished and in-demand design firm. Boasting over two decades of expertise, we have gained respect and admiration from both discerning individual clients and contractors.

Our main goal at Cornerstone Design Group is to honor God through our work. His love and sacrifice enables us to live and work each day. Ephesians 2:19-22 explains it by saying:

“Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief Cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.”

We see a calling here to be used as the foundation for His work. Throughout our work, we are used to glorify Him, fitted brick by brick, and stone by stone, with Jesus as the Cornerstone that holds it all together. We see this being taken shape every day; a holy temple that is built by God with all of us being built into it.
