WHAT IS INCLUDED?

PRE-DESIGNED PLANS

Our pre-designed plans allow you to search through our complete inventory, and find exactly what you are looking for. Available products include either of the following:

  1. Bone Pile: Includes a plan to where a project may have ended or paused. Occasionally we begin work on plans for clients that do not get completely finished due to a major change in direction during the design phase. These plans are provided to offer a great starting point or can work as an inspirational spring board for new clients.

    All of our available Bone Pile projects are free for download, and will only include a basic floor plan displaying the project you are interested in. Once downloaded, our team will be instructed to notify you of your interest within the plan you have selected, and may be available to assist you in your ideas or interest moving forward. If you have any questions regarding Bone Pile plans that you would like answered before download, feel free to contact us here.

  2. Completed Plans: Include a rendered perspective and plan of the project, as well as information including number of bedrooms, bathrooms, garage bays, square footage, length, width, maximum ridge height, and date of completion. Purchasing completed plans will provide you a downloadable copy of a full set of construction documents. **As our plans are pre-designed and sets are completed for general use, they WILL NOT include a custom site plan.**

    After a purchase is made for a set of completed pre-designed plans, you will receive a PDF set of construction documents that you may use for your project. Within this set of construction documents, there will be included:

1) Cover Rendering

Our rendering and visualization services provide each client with an accurate, realistic view of their future project. This view considers things such as materials, orientation, and even location of the project. Each cover render is carefully created and displayed to ensure each client a clear visual of their future project.

2) Floor Plan(s)

A floor plan displays the general layout for your future home. Here you will be able to see how every single room is connected, the general sizes, ceiling heights, and floor coverings for each room, as well as door and window sizes. The floor plan is the general drawing used that allow people to get an idea of how they can function in their home.

3) Forming/Foundation Plan

A forming (or foundation) plan is used to display the precise locations of all the plumbing fixtures, footings, and recesses of your project. The forming plan is a necessary plan that is used for the builders when constructing the foundation of your home.

4) Roof Plan

A roof plan is used to display the overall pitch(es) of your home as well as all of the plate heights around the perimeter. The roof plan is the general plan used to construct the overall roof framing. A roof plan will also consist of roof cornice details with all of the roof pitch types used in your project.

5) Sections

Sections provide an interior view of your home through a cut from the exterior. This is another way we can see the space of the inside connect with one another. We provide sections on projects that have complex or interesting interior layouts. You can visualize the heights of the rooms, the attic, and the roof.

6) Exterior Elevations/Perspectives

Exterior elevations and exterior perspectives visualize the exterior plate heights, roof pitches, materials, and colors of your home. It builds confidence in your project when you are able to see the exterior from every corner. We provide both exterior elevations and exterior perspectives from the front, back, left, and right faces of your home.

7) Interior Elevations/Perspectives

Interior elevations and interior perspectives visualize the interior finishes of your home. We take time in specializing the interior door types, window types, casework finishes, electrical fixtures, as well as floor finishes, colors, and materials. Visualizing the spaces in your home brings it all together in designing your dream home.

8) Electrical Plan(s)

An electrical plan shows the complete electrical layout of a home. Just some of the elements displayed include lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, power switches, ceiling fans, vents, and more. Electrical plans include a legend of all the fixture symbols and what they identify, as well as a count of the electrical and lighting fixtures used in your project.

9) Schedules

Our schedules we include are room finish schedules, door schedules, window schedules, and opening schedules. A room schedule will display each room name and area, as well as floor material and area, baseboard material and perimeter, wall material and area, and ceiling material and height. Door, window, and opening schedules contain types, sizes, and count. Drafted elevations showing the type will also be included for each type in the project.

10) Typical Details

Finally, our typical details sheet. Our drafted typical details highlight construction details that are included in your house. They are designed to assist the builders in the construction of your home.
